Welcome to J. Bird Wines, LLC! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are here to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and clear. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following:
Who Can Order
You must be 21 years or older to purchase mead or any alcoholic beverages.
By ordering, you promise that you’re of legal age and that alcohol delivery is allowed in your state.
We may request proof of age at checkout or delivery.
- Merch can be ordered to all US states and products are considered for an adult customer base. However anyone can order them.
Orders & Payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
Your order isn’t final until payment is processed.
Payments are handled securely through trusted processors (we never see your card details).
If alcohol shipment isn’t legal in your area, your order will be cancelled and refund your order. Liability of ordering to areas that have restricted alcohol sales is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only.
Alcohol orders require an adult 21+ with valid ID at delivery.
Some states/counties restrict alcohol delivery—if we can’t ship to your area, we’ll let you know.
Once your order is with the carrier, we can’t control delays or lost packages, but we’ll always do our best to help.
- Alcohol sales guidelines are per state and managed by our partner at VinoShipper.
Returns & Exchanges
Alcohol: all sales final (by law we can’t take it back).
Merchandise: Sales are final, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly work with you to fix it.

All logos, product images, designs, and text belong to J. Bird Wines, LLC. Please don’t use them without permission.
What Not To Do
Please don’t use our site for:
Illegal activity (like supplying alcohol to minors) or ordering to alcohol restricted areas often called “dry towns, or dry counties.”
Tampering with the site’s security or systems.
Reselling our products without our approval.
Liability
We’ll always do our best to serve you, but we can’t be responsible for:
Issues caused by carriers or third parties.
Indirect or accidental damages related to your use of our site or products.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. Disputes will be handled in Minnesota courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of our site means you accept the changes.
